Welcome to my art site. My name is Charica Dene` Jacobs. I am studying oil painting under the instruction of Professor Margaret Aycock at Tulsa Community College. She is an amazing oil painter and instructor. I recommend her class to anyone who has a desire to excel in painting. My artistic concentration is female figures, spiritual themes, and still life. I like to show movement and harmony in my work. I also hope that my artwork would inspire others to seek a relationship with Christ. I also enjoy photography. My favorite theme for photo shoots is children. Pictures should make you smile and thats exactly what children do... make you smile.
Besides art, being with my students is another true joy in my life. I teach art and Oklahoma History at an alternative high school called Tulsa Hope Academy. I hope you enjoy my art. Thank you.
